Theory and Strategy in Modern Keno

The randomness of the universe holds undeniable appeal to the curiosity of the human soul. Fascinated by the uncertainty of our daily lives, we watch, question and delight in the wonders of a shooting star or a bone discovered in the desert. It seems, then, that by our very nature we seek the random, the uncertain, only in attempt to glean from it the order needed for that randomness to make sense.

Deciding to Play Casino keno is no different. A game of pure chance billions are drawn to the magnetism of keno, in attempt to find the order in the chaos, and walk away with the ultimate prize.

Keno, by nature, operates at the whim of chance. The player’s influence is minimal to the proceedings and structured techniques used by individuals in attempt to curb the path of fate, and can, most times, only be seen as the superficial grasping at straws for the re-enforcement of personal theory and the build-up of misled hope.

An entity of haphazard mathematical chaos has, by natural rule alone, an in-built possibility of overcoming the swirling bedlam within which it exists, but only for a short time.

So, small windows of order may indeed exist within the desperate disorder and uncertainty that is keno, but to take advantage of these moments, players need to accept that, in this case, only by chance, can chance take effect.

Possible Strategies:

Watch the boards and choose numbers that rarely feature. This may seem daft, but, as stated earlier, mathematical chaos and the disorder of random numbers may, at some point, align. The keno ‘machine’ may just decide to switch poles, and with the switch, surprising and untold possibilities may arise.

Play the same numbers for a few consecutive rounds. The theory here is that eventually, possibly, and by the grace of all that is good, the numbers picked will eventually come around. Again, this technique hinges on chance by sheer mathematical possibility, and may never prove fruitful.

Conserve bets. Probably the most sure-fire way to experiencing some success in a game of keno is to play conservatively. Many games offered promise pay-outs for losing tickets too, and conserving bets could mean a small win, but a win nonetheless. Keno games differ in length; some long, some short, with an array of winning possibilities for the conservative player. Utilising as many bets as possible, with a mind to conserving rounds and tickets, could mean the only real strategy for the serious keno practitioner.

Keno is a fickle one, but loyal players subscribe to the notion that fate is what governs us all, and perhaps that’s a notion worth looking into. The desire to play casino keno feeds humankinds’ natural need to challenge the unknown, to stand full in the face of uncertainty and point and exclaim indifference to the outcome. There is a certain power to that, a power that we crave as human-beings, and a power that can only exist in the face of wonderful swirling vortices of chaos, much like the game of keno.
